As a Digital Life Technician I am responsible for the installation and implementation of the Digital Life Home Security and Automation System.Reach out to potential customers and secure new accounts.Recommended products during installation that customers may not have been aware of but met their needs.Work closely with Field Managers and Coworkers to ensure quality installation and best practices are followed.Worked with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the installation, answered questions and made return visits when needed.Manage equipment inventory and performed quarterly inventory checks to verify equipment supply.Submit reports at the end of each installation as communication is key for continued customer satisfaction. Helped to train new employees on installation and best practices.

Parts and warehouse organization, delivering, ordering. Chemical cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils. Belt and filter (disposable and economizer) changes. Annual inspection and maintenance of equipment. Familiarity with many makes, models, and sizes of rooftop units, split systems, self-contained refrigeration units and make-up air units.
