• Cut costs by replacing the plant’s employee call-off absence line. I contacted other Kroger facilities to see what systems they used and from there designed our new call-off system. This new system I created saves Kroger Anderson Bakery approximately $1,000 to $1,500 a month. • Fully reconstructed and redesigned job descriptions for plant’s open positions and posted them to recruiting sites such as indeed and LinkedIn• Reviewed, added to, and redesigned the plant’s employee handbook• Conducted full audit of attendance point records & corrected errors when necessary • Wrote training curriculum & updated plant’s training power point for new hire orientation• Lead and assisted in new hire orientation by training new employees on our plant’s safe practices & procedures. • Sat in on & participated in Union meeting with stewards and union representative. • Participated in both individual and group interviews • Worked in Human Resource & Recruiting information systems such as IBM Content Manager and BetterTeams
