Collected, sorted and analyzed wind data from a meteorological tower for a wind energy case study in Stafford Township, NJ. Traveled on occasion to the site to survey land characteristics, take onsite pictures of the tower, booms, guy wires and surrounding land. Summarized progress of the project in a Powerpoint presentation at the end of the internship.

Provided site-specific severe weather alerts for the placement of emergency management service trucks in the event of weather-related power grid damages or failures. Also provided near-term, next-day, and long-term forecasts predicting potential severe weather well in advance for the purpose of scheduling service crews.
