Christopher Frye Consulting (CFC) Group provides strategic consulting in organizational communications, education, training and work force development. As principal, Chris helps clients assess organizational needs, analyze procedures, identify performance standards, establish learning objectives and develop educational strategies that help solve problems and enhance performance. Chris has been engaged as full time on-site contractor to US EPA Region 8 (Denver Office) doing communications, education and community outreach work in the Children's Environmental Health and Schools Program since September 2012. Earned leadership position by applying abilities to train, manage and motivate multiple work groups in scoring K – 12 math, science, reading and writing assessments. As a principal at First Image Corporation, provided consultation, technical writing and media production services to create DVD and Web-based education and training programs for clinical audiences.

Collaborated with noted scientific subject matter experts throughout the country in producing six major technical training programs for this U.S. Government agency. Helped agency design, develop and deploy programming on-line for internal and external use. Evaluated learning outcomes. Updated programs to enhance knowledge transfer.

As a principal at First Image Corporation, served as techncial specialist in design, development and production of eLearning programming for USDA Forest Service San Dimas Technology Center. Contributed to project team as technical writer and video producer.

Worked with U.S. Department of Justice, National Institute of Corrections staff and external stakeholders to produce a series of five educational multimedia programs to educate the public and community corrections professionals about new methods for design and management of local jails.

Produced consumer health education programming for this Federal Government agency as executive producer at First Image. Devised cost-effective solution for translation and captioning of program content in four languages. Developed interactive design allowing selection of spoken word and captions in any desired combination.

As producer, director and project manager at First Image Corporation, provided services in needs assessment, work plan development, technical writing and production of animation, video and interactive multimedia programming for both consumer and clinical audiences.Managed projects and produced multimedia programming used in marketing of several key cochlear implant products.Worked directly with noted surgeons and product managers to produce surgical training videos and patient education programming

Served as contractor to coalition of public and private agencies including Colorado Department of Transportation, Colorado Department of Health and Denver Osteopathic Foundation. Produced series of traumatic brain injury prevention videos for use in elementary and middle school classrooms.

As principal of First Image Corporation, worked with company executives, product managers, cardiovascular surgeons, interventional radiologists and perfusionists to develop 15 different interactive multimedia training programs on Medtronic’s hemostasis management and autologous blood collection products.
