Teaching 9-12th graders computer and business classes: Computer Applications, Basic Computer Programming, Business Law, Accounting, and Personal Finance.

Taught a course called "Social Learning in the Organization" - essentially how to leverage social and Web 2.0 tools to make your organization communicate better. Course taught in seven in-person days as well as online via Moodle CMS.

Facilitate and Design courses online for PA educators. In partnership with WLVT-TV Bethlehem, PA. Taught "Electronic Portfolios", "Cell Phones in the Classroom", "Planning for Curriculum Integration of Technology" and "Designing a Virtual Field Trip". Designed a course titled "Using Web 2.0 Tools to Improve Elementary Reading and Writing".

Online

Taught "Designing and Maintaining Instructional Facilities" to Masters' candidate students pursuing a degree in Instructional Technology. Delivery of course via GriffinGate, a custom CMS similar to Blackboard.

Lancaster, Pa (Satellite Campus)

Taught a course titled "Web 2.0 in the Classroom" to Master's level students (part of an Instructional Technology degree program). Delivered course face-to-face and online in a blended model.

Managed small and medium sized business LANs and server/desktop hardware. Macintosh implementation to Windows/Novell networks.

Supervised 10 consumer sales and technical support staff members. Provided second-level support to customers.

Supervised a team of Technical Support Representatives (Sports) who solved customer technical issues over the telephone. Responsible for Secondary level of support for complex cases.

Support PSINet's consumer "Pipeline USA" and business "Interramp" customer base. Mac and PC support.
