Part of the Korn Ferry Management Training Program, I spent 6 months in each of the Business Units in Korn Ferry. (RPO, Executive Search, Leadership Development & Assessments). In my rotation with RPO I worked directly with clients to set and drive project milestones which supports them on their recruitment operating model organisational change and transformation. Helping them to improve their overall recruitment process efficiency.Provided support for the implementation of all other workstreams aligned to business alignment, employer brand, sourcing, diversity and inclusion, recruitment process design, technology, and performance analytics.Assisted with the change management, recruitment of teams, and facilitating of the onboarding and training of teams on the new operating model. At Executive search I carried out extensive research on the market (industries, companies, and individuals) both online and offline before generating insights relevant to the searches.Took the lead in constructing and executing efficient research strategies in support of projects and prepared concise, informative and accurate project reports and documents. Assisted with the management and qualifying of candidates.My last rotation with Leadership Development& Assessments I assisted and was given the chance to take the lead in planning and designing training modules that would later one be delivered to our clients, had the opportunity to write the script and help co-direct the new office video for the Singapore office. I also helped with the dialogue sessions and report writing of our clients selected candidates to assess their potential leadership capabilities.
