Negotiated agreements and led a team of vendors, including roofing, façade, architecture, design, marine engineering, landscaping, quantity surveyor, and first responder.3mm Guestroom Renovation at South Seas Island Resort. Managed ownership expectations and led the design team, procurement agent, and FF&E acquisitions. Provided and implemented value engineering suggestions, enforced contracts, maintained construction schedules, reviewed plans, design specs, RFI's, and submittals, and controlled the design process.

I oversaw renovation and construction projects for many of CTF Development International’s hotel assets, primarily with Rosewood Hotel Group. I implemented annual CapEX design and construction budgets specifically for hotels in: the United States, Central America and British Virgin Islands. In addition, I successfully managed schedules and budgets (ranging from $100,000 to $40,000,000) for different project types such as upgrading guest rooms, food and beverage outlets, back of house areas, offices, gyms, MEP systems, landscaping, hardscaping and site infrastructure.

Acquisitions and Development for Heritage Green LLC a division of Aria Property Group. I managed the site selection, acquisition, permitting, and development of commercial property throughout Central Florida.

Responsible for selecting over 25mm site development opportunities for developers and builders in Central FL. Performed due diligence on commercial, large track residential, and industrial land throughout Florida. Managed acquisitions and developed new leads using ArcView GIS systems and other innovative marketing techniques.

Prior to my professional career, I played on the USF golf team; starting #1 or #2 all four years competing in Division 1 against some of the best golfers in the country. My senior year, I was captain of the golf team, won the Ron Smith Invitational and contested in the US Amateur in 1995 and 2013.
