Ucloser is a web-based, transaction management software product that has managed tens of thousands of real estate transactions. Co-founded the company from concept. Handled company operations and sales, while growing the company to six figures in annual revenues and raising over $600,000 in angel funding. Company was acquired by Community Ventures Corporation as part of their eHome America products.

After almost two years in operations management, I moved into creating and building the business development division of the company. Contributed to revenue of $3 million in the first two years of operation. Assisted with due diligence in securing a $1 million round of venture capital funding.

Built the operations department through initial growth stages; one of first six employees, growing to 51 in a year. Managed over 1,500 clients in nine states and a team of five employees, including an attorney.
