Manage all areas of development, marketing, construction and sales for Silver Star at Park City, a $150mm ski-in, ski-out mixed use condominium and commercial development. Managed pre-arranged lease activities of property to American Skiing Corporation and subsequent tenant development of the Canyons Resort. Worked with partners to target, acquire and develop varied real estate holdings throughout Utah and California.

International Derivative trader managing $650MM (US) Long Cash International Equity and $350MM (US) Short Future and Option Arbitrage Positions trading in the Japanese Nikkei 225 Index.
