  As National Sales Manager, I develop, introduce, and launch comprehensive strategies to grow market share and topline sales for capital equipment used in dental practices. A big part of the strategy is building and mentoring the team. Advancing the capabilities and successes of Darby salespeople is enjoyable and rewarding, and I do so through continuous assessment and specific guidance in sophisticated sales techniques and in-depth product knowledge. While leading daily sales meetings, I identify opportunities, discuss challenges, review sales stats, facilitate collaboration, and inspire the group. In addition to managing our sales team, I champion a variety of initiatives focused directly on customers as well as operational issues. These include facilitating financing for large purchases, improving the quotation system in Salesforce, collaborating with marketing, weighing in on RFPs, and building/improving incentive programs and compensation structures.
