- Leading a team of 5 IT program managers, who are managing a variety of strategic IT projects in support of the system’s efforts to enable clinical systems and business services to support our hospitals, clinics, and affiliates.- Developing and institutionalizing the IT PMO governance processes and procedures to support project intake and prioritization.- Partnering closely with our academic leaders and OU Health Science Center, to ensure that we are leveraging and aligning technology capabilities to support the future OU Medicine healthcare system.- Managed the IT integration and technology construction of the new OU Medical Center Adult Patient Tower, which added 32 operating rooms and over 144 new patient rooms, supporting medical intensive care, cardiovascular intensive care, bone marrow transplant and surgical oncology. The effort includes the integration of structured cabling, network and desktop infrastructure, clinical equipment, and applications. This is over a 560,000 sq. ft., free standing hospital tower, with an $18.7 m IT budget. This included accelerating the technology buildout of the Tower’s 6th floor, in support of the COVID pandemic.- Architected and designing strategic solutions for the hospital and clinics, which includes working with clinical leaders, vendor partners and IT leaders.- Managed the deployment and integration of the Sensei IQ and the Workfront Portfolio Project Management platforms to support new project request, advance project work management and resource demand. Platform was intended to support IT project and operations management, from a single source.- Developed and deployed key project management process workflows with the team, including project intake, SDLC and change management workflows.- Participated in the overall IT Governance committees, working with leadership to qualify and authorize IT projects for integration into our existing hospital and clinic facilities.

 Led a 28 person technology team, in support of Infrastructure and Technology Support operations across the state of Oklahoma. Managed the IT integration and construction of the SSM Shawnee Hospital Tower expansion, resulting in additional operating rooms, enhanced labor and delivery care, and a state-of-the-art intensive care unit. This was over a 105k sq. ft. expansion project, with over a $5m IT budget. Managed the IT infrastructure transition in support of the Epic transition from Meditech. This included all hospital and clinical operations and included enhanced single sign-on integration and full desktop and peripheral replacements. Managed the IT integration and construction of the SSM OKC Pavilion Hospital Tower expansion, resulting in a new emergency department, trauma bays, expanded transitional care and two floors of intensive care units. This was over a 109k sq. ft. expansion project, with over $14m IT budget. Deployed and enhanced core infrastructure services to improve the cost and efficiency of the services provided to the hospitals and clinics. Managing $15 million budgets for operations and essential projects, including maintenance, telecommunications, equipment services and personnel support, resulting in reduced telecommunications and infrastructure costs.
