Created tools which used machine learning to determine the optimized placement of ads within search results and allowed for the integration of news, consumer reports, and shopping sites to maximize affiliate purchases and click-thru-rate of displayed ads.

Built an affiliate marketing system which displays targeted ads during the installation process of desktop, web, and mobile applications. Managed a development team of 5 engineers, 2 DevOps engineers, and an offshore team of 3 quality assurance engineers. Developed a suggestion engine and optimization algorithm which targets users based on specific criteria and rapidly changes the way that users are targeted based on specific trends and behavior patterns. Architected ad management, financial performance, and analytics reporting systems using PHP, CakePHP, Python, MySQL, jQuery, TWIG, 960 grid, HTML5 and CSS3. Designed a system which distributed the impressions of ads shown thru out the day and across different locations based on the daily spending limits of advertisers and other targeting criteria. Maintained the 24/7 uptime of the ad delivery system hosted on AWS EC2 using S3 and CloudFront. Managed the development of mobile applications for iOS devices in Xcode using Objective-C and for Android devices in the Android SDK using Java. Built jQuery/HTML5/CSS3 canvas-based ad-template system to enable users to customize their ads with web-based tools.
