• Operate and attend to a variety of rides and attractions in accordance with company guidelines and ride operating manuals.• Ensure rides and attractions are operated to maximum efficiency to reduce waiting times for guest.• Assist Guest on and off rides in a safe and timely manner.• Manage queue lines and enforce all safety restrictions.• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed by all guest.• Communicate to the Rides & Attraction Management team any operational problems and report any incident that could threaten the safety and security of guests and staff.• Act as ambassador within the park by assisting guests with information.• To provide the highest standard of guest service, by ensuring every guest visiting IMG Worlds of Adventure is treated in a friendly and helpful manner.• Ensure all guest complaints and enquiries are adhered to and resolved.• To adhere to company Health and Safety procedures at all times, being responsible for your own health & safety and that of other, ensuring fire precautions and emergency procedures are carried out as defined and that you are aware of the ride that you are working on.• To complete all documentation as per the standards required by IMG Worlds of Adventure.• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as defined by the Management Team based on the changing needs of the business.

• Receipt, issue, transfer and storage of material at the Auto Store.• Accounting of materials, assets, equipment and tools.• Proper documentation of all material movement.• Proper filing of all inventory documents.• Follow the demobilization procedures of stocks and records.• Assisting with Periodic Stock Records.• Control the used oils, tires and batteries for further action as per the company policy regarding such items.• Keep track of materials where expiry dates are applicable and issue accordingly.• Through awareness of all Inventory Control procedures.• Disposal of scrap in accordance with the procedure.• Updating of Tool Issue/Receipt Cards.Top Skills
