Current• Manage department inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor, and other operational processes to company standards• Plan, order, and process products according to work plan and standards to maximize sales and gross profit• Ensure all new department associates receive proper training and supervision • Identify issues within a department and finding the most effective solution while setting goals going forward• Schedule review of six departments and over 100 employees• Evaluate employees after 30 and 60 day periods• Completion of weekly company budget regarding sales, spending, and payroll• Follow procedure regarding human resource policies including hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, promotions, etc.
