Store Manager
Current- Manage department inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, labor, and other operational processes to company standards
- Plan, order, and process products according to work plan and standards to maximize sales and gross profit
- Ensure all new department associates receive proper training and supervision
- Identify issues within a department and finding the most effective solution while setting goals going forward
- Schedule review of six departments and over 100 employees
- Evaluate employees after 30 and 60 day periods
