Leading a team of 15 to manage all aspects of managing Australia's largest touch football affiliate including growth strategy, facility management, council and Government relations, financial sustainability, human resources and sponsorship.In my time in the role we successfully constructed a new $2.6 million clubhouse and commercial cafe facility, a maintenance shed worth over $250,000, and self-funded a $260,000 LED floodlighting upgrade entrenching Whites Hill Reserve as Queensland's premier touch football facility.We reached record player numbers across all competition formats, with over 10,000 players per year at the venue and signed a 2-year agreement to broadcast the premier Metro Cup competition via Kayo Sports.. We also increased sponsorship 1,600% during my tenure, including an iconic naming rights partnership with Motorline BMW & MINI Garage.Importantly, we not just survived, but thrived through the COVID-19 pandemic, managing repeated lockdowns and an ever-changing dynamic and still managed to return the business to a profitable position.

Responsible for all aspects of managing the Queensland state league competition, the QAFL as well as U18/U19 youth boys Colts competitions. A broad overview of responsibilities included fixturing, issue resolution, growth strategies, Grand Final event management and social media oversight.My proudest achievements during my time in the role included the development and delivery of a One Punch Can Kill education program, introduction of a player points system and salary cap to guide competition equalisation and the introduction of live streaming of the competition, which has later expanded to be broadcast Nationally on NITV.

As Club Coordinator I supported 13 community football clubs in all aspects of club governance including budgeting, sponsorship and volunteer recruitment. I worked closely with the league executive on whole of sport development initiatives including junior player transition, the amalgamation of junior and senior committees and the re-introduction of a senior Reserves competition.My proudest achievement was the introduction of new community football clubs in Chinchilla and Kingaroy, small towns of less than 10,000 residents, 2 hours outside of Toowoomba.
