Projects included cGMP regulated manufacturing & laboratory, non-GMP office building and interior renovations, featuring alternative work space concept and site infrastructure projects. Managed an annual expense budget of nearly $5M USD and oversaw capital projects with budgets ranging from $5M to $150M USD. Coordinated space and master planning and detailed designs with global engineering colleagues and 3rd party design firms.
