In state and federal jurisdictions—including in difficult state jurisdictions such as Madison and St. Clair Counties in Illinois—I focus on matters alleging personal or catastrophic injury and wrongful death. I address damage issues such as life-care planning and vocational rehabilitation.The majority of my cases involve trucking and transportation companies, automobiles, forklifts, and other consumer and industrial equipment. I am available at a moment’s notice to work with field adjusters, accident reconstruction experts and other professionals for clients whose vehicles have been involved in accidents across Missouri and Illinois.For national pharmaceutical companies, I defend against alleged personal injury resulting from ingestion involving products such as Fixodent®, Fosomax™ and Vioxx™, which was one of the largest multi-district litigations in history. I also handle medical device implantation issues.My experience extends to the representation of publicly-traded companies in all phases of commercial litigation and general employment matters.

Practice focused on complex litigation with an emphasis on defense of national clients in products liability claims alleging personal injury and wrongful death. Defended product-liability cases in many state and federal jurisdictions involving automobiles, forklifts and other consumer and industrial equipment and managed mass tort defense for national pharmaceutical clients. Handled a wide variety of discovery issues, including e-discovery, as well as researching and drafting complex substantive and procedural motions in state and federal courts around the country.
