Responsible for the operation, development and marketing of five unique locations in the Phoenix, AZ including Cutter Aviation at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, The Arizona Biltmore Resort, The Phoenician Resort, Sanctuary Resort, Hotel Valley Ho and Mountain Shadows Resort. Work closely with local industry experts to increase market share and expand Go Rental's presence in the Southwest. Develop training programs to empower team members to drive revenue and increase guest service scores while encouraging repeat business from guests visiting the Scottsdale and Phoenix markets.

Develop Go Rental's hospitality business in the Scottsdale and Phoenix markets through expanded relationships with existing contracts as well as obtaining new contracts. Work closely with local travel experts to increase market share and expand Go Rental's hospitality foot print in the Southwest. Lead the daily operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Reservations, Bell Desk, Housekeeping and Valet departments. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, revenue maximization and monthly P&L reporting.

Lead the daily operations of the Front Office, including the Front Desk, Concierge, Telecom, Rooms Control, and VIP program. Advance departmental service delivery and scores, enhance arrival and departure process and overall guest experience. Focus on delivering luxury service to drive department service performance and improve in key performance areas.

Responsible for the daily operation of rooms department, Spa, and Retail, including but not limited to: Revenue generation and forecasting, controlling all departmental expenses, departmental payroll, yearly and quarterly planning, capital purchasing and investments, hiring and training all staff.

Responsible for all aspects of overnight operations including F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Stewarding, Security and all Guest Services positions in a 520 room hotel in downtown Phoenix.

Responsible for daily housekeeping operations varying between daily service and evening turndown. Managed a staff of 40+ team member in conjunction with 2 other managers. Assisted with training and implementation of Mobil Five Star standards. Acheived Mobil Five Star rating during my tenur as Loft Services Manager.

Responsible for supervision of all Front Office staff and daily operations. Functioned as MOD for entire complex 3-5 times per week.
