Improved customer experience, reduced cost through decreased call center volume for assistance.- Lending Tree Integration - Collaborated with business development and risk teams to implement new functionality allowing applications sourced from Lending Tree. - Mercury Cards Mobile App - Oversaw remote design and engineering team to develop mobile app to manage credit card accounts with over 250,000 monthly active users.- Mercury Mastercard Online Application, Phone Application - Allow prospects to respond to direct mail letters and to apply online with a near-instant application decision. Allow agents to field calls from applicants through a guided process. Over 350,000 completed applications to date.- Spirit Airlines Partnership - Teamed with design and development teams to modify existing credit card application process, online customer portal, mobile app for the Spirit Airlines partnership.
