About Christopher De'Ath

Christopher is an experienced senior executive with proven Business Transformation skills, including hands on Strategy Implementation, Change Management, HR Transformation, Project and Program Management expertise. He is currently Managing Director of @Transform, a global Business Transformation & Change Management consultancy that supports clients through a team of Associates in Australia, Singapore and the Middle East. The company has contracted with Baker Tilly Middle East leading the establishment and operation of an activist TMO to implement an enterprise-wide business strategy for Katara Hospitality in Qatar. The company has also provided Change Management support for four major ERP implementations, namely INPEX (SAP Ariba) , Murdoch University (Workday), City of Mandurah (TechnologyOne) and City of Swan (TechnologyOne).Christopher was previously employed by EY Australia, IBM Australia, and PwC Middle East, where he was a Partner & Regional Leader of the firm’s global Change Management practice based in Qatar. He also served as Head of Strategy, Planning & HR with Bank Dhofar Oman, where he led the implementation of a new business strategy to transform the organisation. Christopher has also contracted at Ahli Bank Qatar and Commercial Bank International in Dubai where he led HR transformation programs to improve the operational efficiency of both organisations. As Group HR & Corporate Services Manager at YBA Kanoo based in Bahrain, Christopher reported directly to the Group CEO and was closely involved in the development of a new business strategy, Vision 2020. He led the implementation of the associated transformation program, as well as ultimately managing the group's HR, Shared Services, Information Technology, Corporate Communications, Quality, HSSE and PMO functions.During this period he was also engaged as Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee on the Board of AXA Gulf, representing the Kanoo family. In this role he worked closely with the Group CEO and CHRO of AXA to oversee the implementation of the company's Human Resources strategy in the Middle East.Christopher has worked across industry both locally and internationally as a Business Transformation & Change Management progessional and is recognised for his constructive approach to managing people. He holds a BSc (Hons) Degree majoring in Behavioural Science from the University of Canterbury and is currently completing a Masters in Organisational Psychology at the University of London.
