My primary obligation as an IT Hardware Support Engineer is to ensure that all bank IT equipment installed is working perfectly and to provide seamless operations, through remote support and onsite support.My daily task starts with the ticket (Service NOW) assigned to me from level 1 support, from there I’ll check and evaluate the problem reported logged in the ticket. I can easily assess if the problem will be solved remotely or need to resolve onsite. The resolution depends on whether there is an equipment replacement involved or none. Then closing the ticket follows.The types of resolution include system unit replacement and configuration, installing and configuring Windows 10 software, re-installation of bank teller applications(T4S, AS400, etc), server replacement and setup with basic configuration, Cisco router replacement and installation with basic configuration, network switch replacement and installation with basic configuration, and troubleshooting of other banks IT equipment such as webcam, fingerprint scanner, IP Phone, Avaya, network printer, UPS, also include ATM activation.I also provide onsite support for new branch setups. Installing network devices inside the data cabinet, and doing proper cabling harnesses. Installing allocated system units and ATMs and ensuring that the bank is fully online and applications are tested by users before the opening date.

In my previous role as an IT Project Manager, my leading role is to supervise my stakeholders in completing key deliverables of the project.For new branch and relocation project, it starts from the project definition, where the key deliverables and project timeframe is defined. Then the implementation follows, where most of the coordination is done. Then the project closing follows, where all key deliverables are already completed and the branch is successfully opened online.Successfully supervised 6 projects new branch opening and branch relocation, from project definition to completing key deliverables.Provided continuous supervision of all bank's ATM deployment projects nationwide.
