We design relining systems in accordance with AS2566.1 to provide full structural strength under road, railway and various loading scenarios. We have access to specialist contractors who undertake installation of full length relines and point liners (patch repairs) including Reline Europe Alphaliner, BKP Berolina-Liner, Saertex-Liner, Impregliner and Trelleborg epros®DrainPacker point liners.Subsurface Utility Engineering in accordance with AS5488-2019 is the standard requirement for mapping and coding PUP assets. SUE mapping is mandatory prior to working around existing underground assets to prevent damage, extensive delays and cost blow-out. We have access to expert survey companies who specialise in this work.Each Public Utility Authority and Council has their own set of design specifications, codes, guidelines and standards. Their requirements for Practical Completion and asset acceptance/handover can make PC difficult to achieve without focussed and targeted activities.Rail crossings for Public Utility Plant have added complexity due to asset owner, corridor owner and Rail Operator requirements. We provide VicTrack Independent Compliance Report for PUP assets crossing the rail corridor in Victoria (>200 Compliance Reports completed from 2020 to 2024) including rail operators MTM, V-Line and ARTC. We provide AS 4799-2000 assessment and compliance reports for other states.We undertake Condition Assessments which often conclude that many assets have minimal Remaining Useful Life (RUL) when decisions about replacement or rehabilitation must be made. We provide Bypass Pumping Installation design for rehabilitation of pipelines, SPS wet well and dry well pump stations.
