I worked for TD Bank and its predecessor banks from 2001 through 2013. I held numerous positions in both the Retail Banking Division and more recently in the Commercial Banking Division. I was a Commercial Credit Analyst from June of 2006 to February 2009 and a Commercial Account Manager from 2009-2013Administers and monitors portfolio of larger, more complex commercial loans, personally managing or assisting lenders in managing loan relationships within the group. Provides ongoing high levels of customer service and ensures loans are administered according to agreements. May be assigned own accounts and/or share account management responsibilities with commercial loan officers. Accompanies loan officers during sales calls to assist with account details and implementation. Gathers customer financial information when due, performs more complex credit analyses and grants line extensions with approval as needed, ensures covenants are followed, maintains current risk ratings, makes necessary comments in credit files, orders necessary appraisals and inspections, visits customers independently and with commercial loan officers to maintain strong business relationships, audit accounts and cross sell additional Company products and services. Maintains extensive knowledge base of commercial and other Company products and services, including loan policy, documentation, structuring and regulatory requirements.

Provides highly specialized review and consultation on the largest and most complex corporate credit relationships. Independently completes analysis for loan requests to recommend approval, denial, or alternative structures and notes any deviations from the Commercial Loan Policy as appropriate. Works directly with Commercial Loan Officers to discuss issues and ask questions. May provide day-to-day supervision and support of lower level analysts. This is the most senior individual contributor who is expected to wholly independently evaluate any level of credit relationship. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies.

Managed overall daily branch operations including implementing policies and objectives. Monitored adherence to Company regulations, policies and procedures ensuring a strong operational foundation was in place and being followed such as customer identification, dual controls, regulatory requirement conformance and audits.
