Metallic Cloud Enterprises takes on a number of varied roles for clients. These include desktop applications for PC, Mac and Linux, iPad applications and website design.

* Work on the Apple Vision Pro in multiple areas, including XCode, Simulator and internal tooling.

Designed and implemented a system to control detected objects moving in real time from several different video streams on unmanned aircraft and storing them on-board. Then reliably propagate those objects down to ground control stations which can highlight those objects in real time to users.

* Wrote bare metal embedded code to control communications to external peripherals for several successful products, such as the Fiber Converters and our eGPU. * Software lead for the Fiber Converter projects, which entailed designing and writing code, assigning work to colleagues, working with the hardware team to track down issues and work with the manufacturing team in Singapore to identify defects.

* Designed and implemented a large scale news aggregation application that continues to be very well received, and used by a large percentage of Bloomberg's user base. The application interfaces with multiple services, both new and legacy and deals with very spiky loads.* Migrated one of the most popular Bloomberg applications from a deprecated GTK toolkit, to a new in house Javascript and C++ application without any outages.* Found bottlenecks in multiple C++ services, and optimized them to greatly increase the throughput to be able to efficiently serve more users.

* Architected and implemented a large scale system that interacts with dozens of other internal services that handles recalling products that Amazon offers. This software consisted of several services itself, and handled very large traffic loads and databases. * Designed and maintained machine learning software that would read customer reviews and predict if they had faulty goods. * Worked with and directed overseas teams so they could add components to the software we were building.

I was primarily tasked with R&D projects, that would either be later be integrated into existing products, or demonstrated to customers as examples of Mediaware's capabilities. These projects included a system for watching several videos at once, an image annotation program and highlighting any moving entities within a live video.Another major part of my work was to work on middleware systems that a lot of Mediawares products sit on, such as logging, configuration and metadata systems.

Developed and designed databases and intranet\internet sites for businesses for various purposes, such as stock tracking and client profiling, using SQL Server 2005, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, XSLT and XML.

Worked with designers to develop the companies level editing tool and it's plugins which was used to create the games 'Heroes over Europe' and 'Ashes Cricket 2009'. The tool was used to create the massive levels and fire off events such as sounds, animations and effects.
