I was responsible for design, configuration, and implementation. *Core Network Implementation – Installed numerous Catalyst 6509 core switches for various clients. *Lead Cabler – Led teams in the installation of cabling at various locations.

Responsible for the administration of over three hundred (300) PCs and servers locally and over one thousand (1,000) remotely. *Automation - Was able to automate most of the routine tasks utilizing WMI scripting. *Rollouts – Was in charge of numerous global rollouts of various applications. *Ticketing System – Helped rewrite scripts for the ticketing system developed by Ticketmaster.

Provided real-time support to over 500 customers operating more than 1000 Point-Of-Sale systems. Performed installation of new POS systems and provided training to customers. Set up and administered small networks including, routers, VPNs, firewalls, and cabling. *Call Center Installation - Member of three person team. We converted a fifteen (15) store call center to new Point of Sale system in four (4) days, consisting of one call center and fifteen retail locations and over one hundred (100) terminals.*Installation – Converted SCO Unix servers to Red Hat Linux at over forty (40) locations throughout Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
