In this temporary position, I provided mental health services to middle and high school students. Services included individual therapy, group therapy, and EHRMS assessment. Ensure compliance with clinical and case management policies and procedures. • Developed and continue to maintain quality improvement processes for clinical and case management functions and services. Coordinate and conduct internal utilization reviews related to chart compliance, quality and appropriateness of clinical and case management services. • Responsible for developing and ensuring that clinical and case management practices and policies are implemented within a parent friendly, school friendly and partnership friendly context. Developed protocols for service delivery and ensured uniformity across school sites. Routinely represent Beacon School at public and assigned forums.• Instruct subordinates concerning all Beacon School safety policies, procedures, and rules, and enforced these within work group. Ensure that subordinates attend all required safety training sessions, requiring immediate reporting of all workplace hazards, safety rule violations, near misses, and work-related injuries and complete other duties as assigned.
