During my internship, I learned how to use Microsoft Excel Power BI (Power View, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Map). As it was a new software for me, I needed some time before being fully integrated and made some depth research on this tool. After I became familiar with this software, I started to work on multiple projects as a team member and provided support for the user. Furthermore, I evaluated internal and external customers’ needs and abilities in order to provide appropriate solutions. Last but not least, I gathered and analyzed information on current and future trends of best practice from the company's database to Microsoft Excel to transform the raw data into rich meaningful visual reports.
