After completing my degree in hotel and restaurant management, it’s no surprise that I have spent my career in the hospitality industry. After my initial position in guest services, I quickly found my niche in revenue management, which is where I have built my reputation for excellence. My underlying goal has always been to increase revenue opportunities through the use of best practices and by applying my depth of knowledge. Data is at the heart of everything I do to drive results. I set goals and measure, measure, measure. As the saying goes, what gets measured gets managed, and I measure and manage myriad KPIs to ensure we are always staying ahead of the curve. But it’s not all about numbers. It’s also about the people who are supporting operations. To that end, I create and maintain strong relationships with my team and those we serve.
