As Senior Management Consultant, Chris led development of repeatable program and project management processes that enabled clients to effectively govern, manage, and execute complex programs. As process improvement lead for a top Fortune 500 firm's business development operations, Chris led process improvement initiatives with multiple projects and sub-tasks. Prior to this role, Chris was the program manager for the firm's largest customer engagement, directing a program support team that included capture and proposal managers, writers, enterprise architects, pricing analysts, desktop publishers, editors, and graphic artists in support of a top Fortune 500 firm's federal bid organization.

As Principal Consultant, Chris managed programs and projects; consulted on a variety of management issues; helped clients win new business through capture strategy and process improvement, proposal management, and proposal development; and developed and implemented learning and organizational alignment interventions. As a Program Manager for Strategic Analytics and Finance Transformation in Fannie Mae's Finance Division, Chris supported the Integrated Execution Director in planning, coordinating, and managing the execution of strategic initiatives that involved Finance. He served as Program Management Lead for a key Finance-owned IT strategic initiative, which included managing scope, risk, budget, and resources.

As a Principal in SRA's Strategy and Performance Group, Chris managed client engagements and supervised project staff, including blended teams of employees and external consultants. He advised federal government clients in the areas of program and project management, human capital management, organizational development, and learning strategies and solutions. As a key member of the group's business capture team he led and contributed to multiple proposal efforts, resulting in millions of dollars of new business for the company.

As a full-time MBA student focused on strategic management, Chris was a founding member of the leadership team for the Global Business and Social Enterprise (GLOBASE) initiative - training first-year MBAs in consulting skills and managing client engagements with small enterprises in Peru. He also served the MBA Association as Chair of the Professional Development Council and Committee, where he led multiple career development interventions including "Kelley Kick-off", an event that brought alumni, recruiters, and first-year MBA students together for a day of mock interviewing and personalized interview coaching, and "Internship 501", a workshop to prepare Kelley MBA candidates for their summer internships.

As a graduate intern and business analyst in Target's HR Strategy group, Chris recommended to the HR Directors a formalized vendor management approach with potential to reduce expense by $1.2 million per year and mitigate risk of data security breach.

As an independent consultant, Chris worked with federal government and commercial clients to develop blended learning solutions for workplace performance issues. These included Web-based and instructor-led training interventions.

As Point of Contact for the firm's contract with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Office of Training Management Assistance, Chris managed business development, client relationships, and proposal development and delivery. Chris also had task lead and execution roles in several of the firm's client engagements, which were focused on delivering training and development solutions to federal government clients.
