• Generating bills for guest during their Check out and settling the bills as required as per the leading quality standards of the hotel.• Informing the manager for any discrepancies in guest billing and taking corrective measures for the same. • Interacting with guests and assisting them with queries.• Providing assistance with onward transport or reconfirming with guest any prearranged transport.• Handling and responsible for the cashiers float.• Accepting foreign currency from guests and providing guests with Indian currency to as per the rates provided for the day also providing guest with encashment certificates for the same.

• Responsible for verifying of guest registration cards, assisting the team with guests Check-in formalities and updating of their folios.• Informing guest about various categories of rooms available. • Checking next day guest arrivals and their requirements on daily basis.• Assigning rooms for VIP guests, long stay guests and as per guest preferences.• Coordinating with housekeeping team for amenities.• Constant interaction with the Clients to update and improve service standards.• Coordination with hotels as well as outsourced transportation for Guests Airport Transfers.• Making Reservations received from the sales team as well as taking F.I.T bookings.• Updating online room inventory and maintaining trackers of feedback received from guests. • Handling guest stay amendments and cancellations as per the policies of the hotel.• Generating bills for guest during their Check out and settling the bills as required. • Handling of Cashier Float.• Handling the Operators board line and directing the incoming calls accordingly.• Night Auditing and generating of C-forms of foreign nationality guests.• Mailing HODs of all departments the front office reports generated after completion of night audit.• Preparing duty roaster for front office associates and valets and getting it approved by the front office manager.
