My practice focuses on general commercial law, with a particular emphasis in the areas of public private partnerships procurement and construction, including drafting, negotiation and review of design-build, construction, consulting, supply and related agreements. I have also acted as counsel in litigation respecting construction and general corporate/commercial matters, franchise, and distribution contract drafting and negotiation.I completed a one-year secondment with the BC Hydro legal department where I was primarily involved in major capital procurement. My other experience includes preparation, drafting, negotiation and review of construction and consulting contracts, including those related to various forms of construction project delivery. Additionally I have worked on preparation, negotiation, and review of P3 contracts including the following: Golden Ears Bridge – bridge and highway project. Kicking Horse Pass – bridge and highway project. Britannia Water Treatment Plant – water treatment plant.
