My move into the position of Creative Director expanded my ability to influence the creative practice at Wondersauce as a whole. I regularly oversaw and was intimately involved in the creation of three to four projects at any given time, mostly in the Publication and eCommerce space. Teams ranged from five to ten people, and required a deft management of time, talent, and egos, along with direct contact and management of the client throughout the process. Mentorship was a huge part of my responsibility, leading weekly design meetings to discuss issues of inspiration, efficiency, and overall creative evolution of a team of 25+ designers, and daily documentation of individuals’ progress to be evaluated during performance reviews.Notable Clients: The Players' Tribune, The FADER, GQ, Milk Makeup, The Daily Beast, Juice Press

I co-led the UX practice at Wondersauce during their growth from a small startup of ten people to a full-size agency of 80+ people across two offices. My role was to build an approach to UX from the ground up, and develop a very young team into one of capable designers and digital strategists. Daily duties included building UX tools and approaches, mentoring younger designers, and developing a UX practice that is completely woven into the design and development process, all on top of leading the hands-on UX design for some of their highest profile and demanding clients. Responsibilities included full control of project work and client interaction in a wide range of projects. I was included in the initial briefing , ideation, conceptualization, refinement, and production of anywhere from 3-5 projects at any given time. I was responsible for finding, interviewing, hiring, and managing any interns that Integrate took on during the duration of my employment. I also assumed the role of resident photographer, and as such became very familiar with studio photography and final documentation of work as well as a handful of half– to full–day photoshoots for clients in a variety of locations.
