Application Design and Development: Identifies and designs solutions using the appropriate SharePoint components. Plans for data access and storage including lists/libraries, databases, business connectivity services, file systems and remote BLOB storage and components including web parts, event receivers, timer jobs, list and site templates, workflows, etc. Knows server and client object models and the differences between Farm and Sandbox solutions.User Interfaces: Creates and customizes the SharePoint interfaces using the Dialog Framework, the ribbon, and navigation.
