I’m a versatile business and systems analyst and program leader with experience in strategic systems and process alignment and performance optimization. I have a strong understanding of technical systems development and their integration into the larger operational plan. I’m an expert at influencing change by analyzing business needs, working with cross-functional teams, and building effective relationships. I have a reputation for meeting organizational objectives and exceeding productivity and performance goals while identifying and mitigating possible risks or issues that may side track success. Most recently, as an Assistant Director at Bridgewater State University, I am charged with maintaining and upgrading card access systems and leading projects to improve technical performance that thereby ensure program success and performance realization. As a team leader I am focused on understanding user needs and expectations, providing effective solutions, and utilizing cross-functional collaboration to drive team engagement in order to optimize a clear vision to achieve organizational objectives. In my free time I also teach technology classes to senior-aged students over 50, where I translate complex technical subject matter into simple terms that are comprehensible to people of all ages and skill levels. Colleagues know me as a highly creative and analytical provider of solutions who can always be trusted to come up with out of the box approaches. But I know that stakeholder expectations come first, and I use a collaborative approach to develop solutions together.
