Helping lead research efforts for Overwatch; owning the end-to-end process for the study lifecycle (stakeholder management → study design/execution → synthesize findings) and building out the research roadmap in alignment with the needs of the Overwatch franchise.Subjects include Heroes, maps, modes, PVE, events, features, and more.

Split between leading and supporting studies as a cross-franchise researcher for Overwatch 1 & 2, Diablo 4, Diablo Immortal, World of Warcraft, Warcraft Arclight Rumble, and the ‘Unannounced Survival Game’.

Recruited to be a founding member of consulting group dubbed the 'Reclaimers’ to support 343 Industries’ Publishing Team with development on Halo: The Master Chief Collection (MCC). I was tasked with creating design docs for game playlists (rulesets and combinations of maps and modes), theorycrafting the outcomes of in-game changes that deviated from original titles, documenting lesser-known matchmaking and in-game exploits for the Publishing Team and tournament organizers for the Halo Championship Series (HCS), and more.

As an undergraduate student, I led a research project to improve the usability of Archivum, USF’s all-in-one student resource app. We applied a mixed-methods approach of using surveys and focus groups to gather sentiment from students on-campus, wrote a report of our findings, and presented it to the university IT department.
