Design solutions and recommendations for AT&T’s Unified Communications services based on Cisco platforms. • Developed standard and custom solutions, which included creating technical assurance documents and customer specific operations plans, bill of materials, scope of works, project packs and costs for transformation and migration services. • Collaborated with other teams inside and outside of the specific products supporting complex deals, to work through solutioning, integration plans, and cost models. • Developed the procedures and training for several AT&T products that migrated to tools utilizing ServiceNow. • Solutioned worldwide access for traveling workers of a global company by designing and leading a global 37K user Cisco Expressway solution integrating 6 clusters, SME, GeoDNS and Azure Single Sign On to enable worldwide voice access for traveling workers, which required approvals from teams inside and outside of AT&T, including Cisco.• Identified technical issues with already developed solutions, related to migrating from Cisco Hosted Collaboration Services (CHCS) to WebEx Calling Enterprise (WCE) that would have adversely impacted customers. Documented the issues and resolutions, shared with Product, LABS and technical support teams to use for current and future designs.

Created technical designs, financial models, detailed Scope of Works, respond to RFP requirements, present to decision makers, work with internal and external vendors for custom solutions. • Developed a pricing tool for the team in order to provide standardized quotes to customers. This reduced pricing deliverable times for Request For Proposal and Rough Order of Magnitude requests from averaging two weeks down to averaging less than 3 days.

Responsible for reconciling $1M in yearly revenue, and over $2M in assets, with over 100 individual contractors and developed a program and point of sale system to quickly allocate inventory to contractors, reconcile inventory with money received each day, and produce contractor reconciliation acknowledgements and on-demand reports for revenue, inventory, and ordering for this fast-paced environment.• Developed an inventory and cash management system and an operations plan for this specialty vendor to be able to generate immediate reporting of inventory and cash flow that would allow meeting of expedited ordering and reporting deadlines, improving end of year over stock and faster determination of cash flow, which increased overall revenue and profit goals.• Created a custom point of sale system utilizing Microsoft Access and Visual Basic based on the unique needs of this business that off the shelf point of sale systems could not be tailored to fit.
