About Chris Randall

I'm a results-driven marketing and innovation leader with a successful history of launching new products and growing businesses targeted at outdoor athletes and enthusiasts.As a lifelong athlete, I'm an advocate for health and wellness, whether through the products I choose or through the activities I participate in. Everything is better when body and mind are happy and healthy. I'm also passionate about sustainability and put my personal and professional support behind brands that take their responsibility to the planet seriously. As a brand marketer I've managed portfolio businesses, rebranded products, and led marketing campaigns. And as an innovator I've taken new products from concept, to product design, through to commercialization, and launch. Finally, I have deep knowledge of the 3 stage new product development process, including stage gates and decision making models, and have driven implementation of that process across 2 different organizations. My biggest strength is leading broad cross functional teams that are either developing new products, or managing existing businesses. I'm comfortable engaging across the team whether it be with scientists, product developers, field sales, finance managers, equipment engineers, or lawyers. As a team leader, I love that everyday is a chance to engage with my co-workers in a different way and to learn something new.
