Christopher Frantz is currently the Chief Commercial Officer & Chief Financial Officer of Eureka Resources LLC. He is responsible for all aspects of commercial development and sales, as well as financing, investment and operational plant accounting for Eureka's three facilities in Pennsylvania. He is also Chief Executive Officer and Board member at EBF II Holdings LLC -- an ownership interest in the biodiesel production company Endicott Biofuels LLC. He has raised over $40MM of private equity to develop, finance and construct biofuels and biodiesel facilities in the US. Previously, he worked in wind power development with Airtricity LLC -- since acquired by UK and German renewable company E.ON -- and developed their California wind portfolio which contributed ~$225MM to its acquisition price.Mr. Frantz began his energy career in upstream oil & gas for Amoco Corporation and BP as an economist allocating capital to onshore producing fields as well as to offshore deep water exploration plays in the US and abroad. When U.S. power markets were deregulated in the 1990's, he moved into independent power development, permitting and constructing gas-fired power plants in Brazil and the U.S. Midwest with Coastal Corporation and El Paso Energy.Mr. Frantz earned his BS in Laser Engineering from the University of Rochester and his MBA from the University of Chicago in Finance and Production Operations.
