I am an enterprise risk and global investment operations professional with over 20 years of industry experience. I currently set the strategic risk management vision and develop corporate risk management tools, practices and policies to analyze, manage and report enterprise risk. My global experience includes a three-year ex-patriate assignment in the MFS London office, where I led our second operational hub to ensure efficient global operations in London, Luxembourg, Sydney & Tokyo. I partnered with our distribution team to exceed client expectations and collaborate with legal and compliance teams to adhere to EU regulatory requirements (i.e. MiFID II).My expertise includes building strategic global relationships with sell side research providers and leading the middle office investment operation team through an ever-changing regulatory and operational marketplace. Originally from Ipswich, Massachusetts, I received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Suffolk University, both with a concentration in Finance. Additionally, I earned the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management (CFA), the CFA Institute Investment Foundations certificate and I remain a member of the CFA UK.In my spare time, I am a self-declared golf enthusiast and avid traveler, reader and gardener.
