I have 30 years of experience in contributing to the growth of technology companies, helping build promising ventures into successful companies and facilitating educational institutions achievement of their research and licensing objectives.My past experience encompasses positions such as Associate General Counsel to the University of Pennsylvania and the first Director of Legal Affairs for Penn's Center for Technology Transfer, and the first General Counsel, Secretary & Senior Vice President of EXE Technologies, Inc., a publicly-traded inventory management software company.
