CurrentChris Gonzalez is a highly organized, and client-focused, executive with an exceptional track record of helping clients realize and achieve their goals. He provides coaching, training and curriculum development, program management, analysis, and organizational consulting services for government agencies and private sector clients. Mr. Gonzalez has served as a Civil Affairs Team Chief, tasked with managing quick-impact and community engagement projects for strategic deployments in Panama and Afghanistan. His efforts in those countries helped him earn the Navy Achievement Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal. In addition, Chris also deployed to Iraq in 2003 as a Light Armored Reconnaissance Scout in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Watch Chief for Installation and Logistics Command at the Pentagon. In 2014, Chris graduated Operation Hand Salute, an Executive Development program through John F. Kennedy University and AT&T. He has given several presentations for project management, stakeholder engagement, change management in both professional and combat environments. Presentation recipients include the Towson University, University of Maryland University College, Morgan State University, Project Management Institute, Interagency Visual Media Group and Color Magazine. In 2017, A-G Associates received the Bridging the Gap Achievement Award by the Greater Baltimore Committee and Future 50 Business Leaders Award by Smart CEO Magazine. He is an active member of the Foreign Policy Association, the National Veteran Owned Business Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Institute for Veterans and Military Families, the Project Management Institute, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
