At NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, I coordinate quality service and support for the city's residents and stakeholders. With a diverse team of professionals, I handle complex and sensitive inquiries, complaints, and requests from the public, elected officials, and other agencies, using my problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills to resolve issues and deliver solutions.I am also passionate about enhancing the customer experience and satisfaction, and contributing to the department's mission of creating and preserving affordable housing for all New Yorkers. I leverage my user experience (UX) and strategy skills to design and implement customer feedback surveys and reports, as well as to improve the department's website and online platforms. I have an associate's degree in Computer Science from CUNY Hostos Community College, where I learned Spanish and English.
