At Sets By Sara, a studio founded by prop and set designer Sara Foldenauer, I actively engaged in painting large backdrops and linoleum flooring, packing and transporting props and set items to and from shoots, and sourcing props from rental houses across Brooklyn and Manhattan. I also assisted during photo shoots with the installation, maintenance, and breakdown of large sets and backdrops.

During the summer of 2019, I had the privilege of documenting The Shed's inaugural season of Open Call, a large-scale commissioning program that supports emerging NYC-based artists who had not yet received significant institutional recognition.In 2021, following a yearlong shutdown of indoor performances due to public health concerns, The Shed resumed its mission to celebrate the communal experience of live events. Under guidance from the NYS Department of Health, The Shed hosted a five-night indoor performance series from April 2 to 22, featuring artists such as Kelsey Lu, Renée Fleming, the New York Philharmonic, and comedians Michelle Wolf and Zainab Johnson. As the full-time Studio Manager and Digital Technician for commercial lifestyle photographer Shannon Greer, I was responsible for the daily operations of the studio. My roles included liaising between the photographer's agent and clients, creating estimates and invoices for billing, organizing travel itineraries, and hiring assistants as needed. Our clients included high-profile names such as Target, J.Crew, Skip*Hop, and Chadwicks.In my capacity as a Digital Tech, I collaborated closely with the photographer and clients to maintain color quality and manage image deliverables. I worked alongside assistants to ensure proper lighting, processing digital assets on set, and retouching as needed post-shoot.

I met photographer Robert Clark's while working out of his former production studio "Ten Ton Studio," in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. I went on to manage the studio on a freelance basis. This role involved fulfilling equipment requests, troubleshooting client needs during shoots, and resetting the studio afterward.I later served as Robert’s digital tech and assistant on various National Geographic shoots, including "The Last Voices of World War II" and "Unraveling the Mysteries of Pain." Additionally, I assisted in the scanning and editing of his monograph photo book, "Friday Night Lives (2020)."
