While at VoiceComm, I was part of the company's continued growth, witnessing nearly a doubling of orders shipped out the door in the warehouse. We have increased our capacity output, yielded higher production, and developed specialized departments by expanding our RMA and Inventory departments while seeding a specialty order focus. Excelled in my direct role in departments such as Outbound Shipping Dock, Inbound Container Receiving, and Single Item Packing. Achieved the honor of indirect roles for Ambassador (trainer) in my direct and specialized roles pertaining to the main process of my department and specific roles of Sortation Robotics and Problem Solving, licensed PIT driver for forklift and electric pallet jack, problem solving-a responsibility which facilitates adjustments to ensure direct functions can process unhindered.
