Led and managed a multinational staff of 32 sourcing and purchasing professionals responsible for addressing over $4 billion in spend across all major operating expenditures, capital goods and infrastructure, heavy mobile equipment, and energy categories.

Led and executed a procurement transformation from an autonomous operating model to a center-led model with decentralized execution. Facilitated change in organizational culture and view of procurement from ‘necessary evil’ to value-added business partner. Established and chartered a strategic sourcing function where one previously did not exist at the company. Responsible for $4 billion in organization spend management across several business units and geographies to enable the achievement of corporate strategy and cost benefit targets.

Managed a number of engagements in areas related to strategic sourcing, process and organizational assessment and transformation, and supply chain management. Worked with clients to analyze, synthesize and address strategic and operational challenges and implement clear action plans to drive change. Contributed to a number of business development activities for current and prospective clients including proposal writing and sales calls. Managed project budgets, led development of key client relationships, and managed project teams to drive work plan execution.
