Developed, led and managed a 35 person global team responsible for the functional and automated test design, planning and execution of Fidelity Capital Markets applications. These applications included web services, brokerage order management systems including the mobile product offering, FIX connectivity and exchange simulation, mainframe applications, intelligent routers, alerts engine and regulatory reporting. In addition to my project and product experience, I led an automation engineering team that was responsible for the design, framework and coverage the end to end platform regression automation suite of test cases.

Started the QA team for a new product for the Charles River Brokerage. Responsible for the complete test effort, from test plan to test execution and defect triage. In addition, responsible for the QA organization, from staffing to process. I ran the defect triage meeting for development, prioritizing and assigning defects as required. Developed an automated test suite in SilkTest and expanded the DIT test suite in Jmeter. This suite includes test case diversity across FIX versions, Order and Account Types, and User Workflows. The suite executes hundreds of unique test cases in less than 2 hours, and upon completion, published results to a web server for management transparency. Validation methods for the automation utilizes SQL and log file parsing
