Kindness Communication℠ is a personal mission and advocacy project focused on the quality of interaction among colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. ●When we did a survey on workplace kindness in 2017, we found an average rating of 6.6 on a scale of 10, based on a questionnaire using key dimensions of interpersonal and organizational kindness behaviors.● I view this project as a chance to explore and advocate workplace values I have held and lived for many years, dedicated to the idea that kindness is the surest path to achieve better results and greater focus in companies and organizations.
