Created scalable, repeatable, and transferable HR processes and tools to further evolve LHC’s people M&A capabilities in line with deal volume and requirements.Implemented new systems and technology for talent acquisition, onboarding, leave management, automated competency based reference checking, electronic files, selection tools, aggregated compensation benchmarking, engagement and off boarding analysis, and 401(k) administration.
