In this role, we expanded the talent acquisition function, began enterprise deployment of a cloud based solution to improve manager and employee self service, created an employee engagement platform tracking and measuring employee sentiment on a quarterly basis and many other people related initiatives.Transformed the HR strategy from transaction based to an integrated business partner model by incorporating Centers of Excellence in Human Capital, Compensation and Benefits, Leave Management and HR Systems/Reporting. This integrated model leverages strategic business partners that drive change, optimization, compliance and support to the People Pillar. The implemented strategies have increased hires, talent and employee engagement and decreased turnover. Successfully lead the people strategy during M&A activity. Created scalable, repeatable, and transferable HR processes and tools to further evolve LHC’s people M&A capabilities in line with deal volume and requirements.Implemented new systems and technology for talent acquisition, onboarding, leave management, automated competency based reference checking, electronic files, selection tools, aggregated compensation benchmarking, engagement and off boarding analysis, and 401(k) administration.
