- As a Global Change Manager for Rabobank International, my responsibilities and duties first and foremost are to maintain the integrity and service availability to the bank’s core infrastructure by meticulously.
- Evaluated and documented all Global and Local Production changes in a complex environment.
- Worked closely with Release Managers to ensure all deliverables, testing and sign off has been obtained.
- Represented European interests as Global Change Manager, having a key leadership role in the Global Project One ITSM program and the roll out of the integrated Global Service Management Tool Service Manager Nine.
- Provided training for users of Service Manager Nine by creating User guides, ELearning recordings and Skype sessions to help guide users on how to effectively utilise the Change, Incident and Problem processes in.
- Continuous improvements to streamline the Change Process, resulting in reduced costs and time spent by Identifying and Implementing Standard changes to meet defined strategic targets as set by the MT.
