Christopher has provided professional audit services to several global manufacturers in accordance with PCAOB and U.S. GAAS requirements. His experience includes both public and private company financial statement audits in accordance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS. His audit experience ranges from SEC filings, carve-out financial statements, non-profit financial statements to the successful coordination of a global audit transition.Christopher has worked with several multinational clients and has managed audits of subsidiaries of U.S. SEC listed entities located throughout Europe, as well as Swiss based multinational companies with filing requirements both in the U.S. and Switzerland.Christopher’s two year secondment to Zurich expanded his knowledge and understanding of multinational organizations. The experience of working in Switzerland also exposed Christopher to working with individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds, which has shaped the way in which he leads and manages.
